The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has recently issued new rules in India, due to which there have been some changes in the process of SIM closure. In view of the problems of the consumer, TRAI has decided that the SIM will not be closed for so many days of recharge.

 As we all know, there has been a change in the telecom industry in the last few years, and now all the companies have started the recharge process for their sims. These recharge plans end when the consumer does not put money down to get the recharge done.

TRAI New Order

Several significant adjustments have been made to the recharge plans of Indian telecom carriers. Which telecom providers had discontinued their lowest and short-term recharge plans. Nevertheless, after many consumer complaints, the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India issued a new rule affecting all telecom operators. As per TRAI regulation, all telecom companies must provide recharge plans effective for 30 days to their customers. Telecom companies have done after TRAI' decision.

 

The process of SIM recharge in India is changing rapidly, and with it, the problems faced by consumers are also increasing.

 1. Unreasonable Deductions: Many consumers fall prey to undue deductions while recharging. Some SIM companies deduct extra money in the name of deductions, and sometimes more money is deducted in the name of suspicious transactions.

 2. Recharge failure: Recharge failure may occur due to a technical fault in the recharge system of some SIM companies. This causes inconvenience to the consumer, which may delay their daily work.

3. Unclear recharge plans: It can be difficult for consumers to understand the recharge plans available from some SIM companies, which can lead to confusion as to what they are paying for.

 4. Hidden charges: Some SIM companies charge hidden charges for various services, like customer support. These charges are often not disclosed, leading to surprise charges on the consumer's account.

5. Lack of customer support: Many SIM companies have poor customer support services, leaving consumers with no issues or queries.
